Day 53 of Little Introspection: Do You Ever Emotionally Eat in Little Space?

Hi Friends!

This little introspection question made me giggle, as I just got done telling you all how I made it through a rough day yesterday without turning to snacks lol. But! To answer this question succinctly: yes, I do! While emotionally eating isn’t a good habit to form, and it isn’t mindful eating, blah blah blah….

I decided that since I’m feeling extra little tonight, that I would do the alphabet of all the foods that I’ve enjoyed snacking on in Little Space!! Ready? Here we go!

A is for apfel kuchen

B is for bananas

C is for crackers

D is for donuts

E is for eggplant Parmesan

F is for french fries

G is for goat cheese

H is for hamentashen

I is for ice cream

J is for jam

K is for kiwi

L is for linguine

M is for mushrooms

N is for noodle soup

O is for onion rings

P is for potatoes!

Q is for Quaker (oatmeal)

R is for ravioli

S is for sushi

T is for tofu

U is for ube bread

V is for vanilla wafers

W is for wonton soup

X is for….. nothing because no one likes the letter x

Y is for yakisoba

Z is for zucchini bread

Now I know my emotionally eating fooooooods…. next time won’t you munch with me! πŸ˜€
