Good Morning Friends,
I’m sitting here still in my jammies, with a cup of tea and my morning afro. Today is Day 9 of the chubby little challenge! I hope you all are enjoying these little space tasks. 😉 Today I challenge you to go outside for a walk. When I began coming into my own as a Little, I realized that one of my favorite things to do while in little space was to go for a walk. At first I felt nervous. What if someone heard me babble? Would people notice that I was dressed in kawaii-esque clothing while they were in workout attire? But I went for a walk anyway and here’s what I discovered: no one gives a flip what you’re doing. Seriously! They are too busy pumping to workout music and in “tunnel vision” on their own fitness, that they could care less what you’re doing.
So I mosied there along the popular walking trail, watching the bikes and joggers race by. I basked in the sun on my face. I said hello to the birds and squirrels. I looked at the colorful leaves rustling up in the trees. And I was simply me. Little. Small. Content. It was nice. I also love to walk along the beach. Daddy C isn’t a fan of seagulls, but I love to bring bread to the beach and feed the dozens of birds, squawking and flying overhead.
Today, unlike the other days where you get a headshot of me… you get a video clip! This is me walking across the farm I live on, to feed the chickens. I love my chickens. I even named one. She’s a bold, little poultry-friend named Queen P. (Kind of like Beyonce but P for poultry). I love how the chickens race at me with excitement as I walk towards the large pen. They flap their wings and cluck a mile a minute. I talk to them, calling to them like a pet, and then stroll around the field, tossing feed as they peck at the ground. They are truly wonderful creatures. ❤
Where do YOU like to take a walk? Snap a pic and let me see! I can’t wait to dive into your posts.
That’s it from me, my friends. I hope you all enjoyed it. If you did, hit that like button and let me know. I hope you have a wonderful start to the week, and I will see you back here for the next topic!
