T.M.I. Tuesday- Sept. 17th, 2019

Good Morning Friends!

A very Happy Tuesday to you all. How are you doing? Are you having a good day? Today, we’re back with another T.M.I. Tuesday! As always, if you’d like to jump in on the blog collaboration, simply head on over to the T.M.I. Tuesday blog, copy/paste the questions, answer then on your blog, and slap your link over on the original post. Are you ready? Then, let’s dive in. 🙂

1. For you happy life = ? + ? + ?

A happy life for me = Family + Good Food + A Quiet Environment. By nature I am someone who thrives in a peaceful setting. While the farm has the worst internet on the planet and the cell reception of a black hole, I do love how serene it is. It gives me clarity to think and the opportunity to go outside and bask in nature. I’m also a foodie at heart. I love cooking (especially in Fall and Winter!) and trying out new recipe ideas. Food is love. ❤ And of course, my family. To me, family are the people whom you love. They don’t have to be biologically related to be family. 🙂

2. How confident are you that your relationship will last?

I’m blessed with a beautiful marriage of 7 years and a wonderful partnership of several months and counting. At this stage in my life, because I know what I want out of my relationships, and I’m able to convey that openly and clearly to my dominants, I’d like to think that we will last for a long, long time. But instead of worrying about the future, I’m the type of person who likes to soak up every day. That way, I don’t regret not being present in the moment.

3. Studies show exercise can improve your mood in the moment and play a preventative role for the future. How often do you exercise? What is your exercise?

Ha! Okay, I admit that I’m terrible at exercise unless you count Wii-sports as exercise (lol I’m joking). But seriously, I enjoy yoga and swimming as my exercise of choice. I also love working outside on the land, and going for a walk. I just need to get better about incorporating exercise on the daily. 🙂

4. How recently has someone been hurt by your actions? Did you attempt to make things right or apologize?

Yes! Daddy C and I had our first real disagreement not long ago and I blogged about it on here. Bad cell reception definitely fueled the fire in the moment. But I’m the type of person where I can’t rest until the argument is over. So, it’s okay for us to disagree… but we have to talk it out so that I can move on with a clear head. So, once we both got everything out of our system, then I was quick to apologize, forgive, and move on. Disagreements happen. Own up to your part, and then let things go. It’s never worth it to hold onto negative emotion. ❤

5. Solitude– do you welcome it or loathe it?

Ooooo… a good question. I think I like a balance of both. If I’m crunching out writing I don’t mind being alone in my creative flow. But generally speaking I enjoy being around my loved ones because I’m a happy, bubbly, chatty person. I love cracking jokes, and rocking out to music. So in the long run… I’d loathe solitude.

Bonus: Share with us something you haven’t told a partner but would like to.

Hmmm… I’m so open with Nani and Daddy C. *thinks*

This is hard! I’m the type of person who just gushes in the moment lol so they know A LOT about me. Okay, here’s a fun fact: I have a preference on chopsticks. I actually prefer using chopsticks to silverware. And I love Korean style metal chopsticks the most. I have a BUNCH of them here at home.

Another fun fact is that I like to sleep with socks on. Why? Because my feet feel like sub-zero temperatures at night lol.

Alright, my friends, that’s it from me for this post. I hope you all enjoyed it. If you did, hit that like button and let me know. Smash that follow button if you’re new here. And I will see you back here for the next topic!

Much love,
