Nerdy Littles Banner

Good Afternoon Friends,

I am back with another “Nerdy Littles” series, and this time we’re turning to our cell phones as we dive into the world of apps. Apps. We all love’em. Most of us need them. Yet, digging through the app store to find ones that specifically make you feel Little can be royal pain in the behind! Well, never fear… Penny is here!! Today I have brought you 6 app games for you to test and try that is sure to give you hours of fun. These games will keep you smiling and make you feel small. Are you ready? Then, let’s dive in.

I. Tamagotchi Forever: Cost: FREE (in-app purchases available)

If you had a tamagotchi as a child you will swoon at this new, updated version of the digital pet. Tamagotchi forever allows users to raise their virtual pet in a kawaii-looking world. You have this tiny, adorable creature that you feed, take for a walk, give a bath, and put to sleep. The kicker? Just like the tamagotchi toy, it has a timer! So, you will be alerted when your pet gets hungry or is awake again. It’s very fun and addicting lol.

II. Bejeweled: Cost: FREE

Bejeweled is one of those games that is just so fun to play mindlessly. You tap on the colors to make three of a kind (or more). There are various bejeweled options now such as: blitz round, butterflies, mine, and even a zen mode where you can tap and play with soothing sounds in the background! What I like about it is that it isn’t too much visual overload, so I can have a full conversation while tapping on my phone and it doesn’t take any mental energy.

III. Kawaii Kitchen: Cost: FREE

This game is so much fun and you get to play as a cat!! In this game, you are a chef-cat and need to race against the clock to make as many orders as you possibly can. Assemble the dishes in the proper order to get a check mark. Don’t let the orders pile up or else you will run out of time. The clock slowly goes faster and faster, so this game will certainly keep you on your toes. I know you’ll love it. 🙂

IV. Sailor Cats: Cost: FREE

In this game, you play as a sailor cat sailing across the ocean in a cardboard box. Fish up wreckage (wood) to build a more sturdy boat. Or fish up messages in a bottle that lead you to buried treasure that unlocks items to help you gain strength. You can get fishing bobbers that slow down the timer. You can get bait to attract bigger prizes. With a sliding bar and target as your fishing tool, you have to tap at just the right moment to catch a fish! Littles are sure to love this kawaii-pirate game! 🙂 I know I did! ❤

V. Dot to Dot: Cost: FREE

This classic dot to dot game takes the pen and paper game to another level. As you connect the dot to dots your lines turn into different colors. Then, you can color in the image that you finally create! With hundreds of dots in a single, elaborate image… you’ll be able to unwind and play this game for quite a while! 🙂

VI. Polysphere: Cost: FREE

This game is absolutely intriguing for so many reasons. First off, the concept of the game is that you are given shards, or fragments of an image. Then, you can move the image around 360 degrees to try and put the fragments in the right order to slowly bring the image together. As you are moving the image around there is soft, ambient music playing to soothe you. Just give it a try. It’s so fun! ❤

Alright my friends, that’s it from me for this post. I hope you all enjoyed it. If you did, hit that like button and let me know. Smash that follow button if you’re new around here and I will see you back here for the next topic!
