Monday Meditation #2: It’s Okay to Let Go

Good Morning Friends,

Today I’m greeting this Monday morning filled with peace and gratitude. There are times in life where we don’t get closure on a situation. There are times in life where we won’t get answers. Today’s gentle meditation is all about how to release that source of stress and pain, and simply let go. Let the emotions wash away to find your inner peace. Find your center, and then take one step forward. Feel it all, and then release it. I hope you enjoy. Stay tuned for Day 9 of The Dominant’s Den tonight!
