Wittle Products Wednesday: Studio Ghibli Stickers!

Wittle Products Wednesday

Good Morning Friends!

A very Happy Wednesday to you all! 🙂 Are you having a lovely day? I hope you are. Today I’m back with another spotlight on a little product that I think you all will enjoy. Stickers!! And not just any stickers, but 100 pieces of Studio Ghibli Stickers!! Now, for those new to Studio Ghibli movies, let’s pause here for a moment.

Studio Ghibli is a Japanese animation studio, (very well known), who has partnered with Disney to create some amazing films, including:

“My Neighbor Totoro”

“The Cat Returns”

“Spirited Away”

“Howl’s Moving Castle”

“Kiki’s Delivery Service”

and SO many more! (I sound like an ad….). My point is, you don’t have to be totally into anime or even Japanese culture to enjoy these films. What I love about most (if not all) of the Ghibli films is that they have an environmental undertone to them. Hayao Miyazaki has long been an environmental advocate. So, it was only fitting when he began animating and designing films that he would incorporate messages to protect the planet. Some are more obvious, like Totoro being the Japanese equivalent to The Lorax, and Ponyo being akin to The Little Mermaid. While others are more unique to the studio itself (such as “Princess Mononoke”). But all of the movies are worth watching, and all of them are sure to leave you feeling happy, and engaged from start to finish.

These stickers reflect the dozens and dozens of movies that Studio Ghibli has put out over the decades. Some of your favorite celebrities have voiced these films, so I encourage you to go check them out and give one a watch!

Alright my friends, that’s it from me for this post. I hope you all enjoyed it. If you did, hit that like button and let me know. Smash that follow button if you’re new around here, and I will see you back here for the next topic!

Much love,

~Kitten xx

  1. Eeeee I love SG! Apparently Netflix is bringing 21 of their movies to their streaming service next month. But of course it’s only in America. So enjoy on my behalf! Here in Canada it takes us forever to get good stuff on Netflix.

  2. For many years you could not buy or rent the films and I believe they are not streamed but the issues have cleared recently. Ghibli has made some of the best films, not just animated, of my lifetime. Thank you for finding these interesting items I hope you get a tiny bit when someone follows a link.

    P.S. I love the book I won!

    1. Awww thank you, Richard!! Sending you BIG hugs today and everyday, my friend! I totally agree with you. Ghibli has incredible films. (The Cat Returns is my favorite, hehe!). If you could only watch one of them for the rest of your life, which one would it be? 🙂 I’m curious! I’m so glad you love the book! Have a beautiful Wednesday, my friend! xx
